Dragons

Dragons Program 4-8 years

​

Set your 6 to 8 year old up for success both physically, emotionally and intellectually. Equip your child with the life skills and self esteem provided in our age specific Dragons Program.

​

The Dragon’s program is a martial arts and life skills program tailored for four to eight-year-old children in a fun and positive environment. In this program, your child will develop confidence, focus, concentration, discipline and co-ordination. The Dragons program is a high energy, fun filled class that covers topics such as stranger awareness and bully busting, while developing self defence and fitness skills.

Ninjas

Ninjas Program 9-12 years

​

Your child will be encouraged to take care of their body and have a positive attitude and work ethic while ensuring that each class boasts a great fitness, flexibility and strengthening component. Watch your child develop into a focused, driven young person with healthy life habits as the instructors chat regularly about the challenges this age group face including managing stress and emotions, decreasing screen time, taking responsibility for themselves and their body and having a positive attitude.

Teens & Adults 

Teens & Adults 18+ years

 

The Teens program is designed for high school students’ who want to get fit, have fun and learn new skills in British MMA. The class has a positive and supportive environment where individuals are challenged to develop martial arts techniques, the confidence to know how to defend themselves and the focus to put their mind to anything and achieve it. Age appropriate life skills are addressed such as personal safety, social media, drug awareness, self-esteem, study tips and taking on more responsibility

Male or Female classes only

Male Only MMA & Grappling

Led by a male instructor, this class focuses on MMA, grappling, and striking, helping men build real combat skills, strength, and confidence. Train in a supportive male-only environment designed to improve discipline, control, and physical fitness.

Female Only Self-Defence

Taught by a female instructor, this class focuses on self-defence and street awareness. Learn how to stay calm under pressure, prevent harm, and protect yourself effectively, all while getting fitter, stronger, and more confident in a safe, women-only space.
